During a candlelight vigil for the death of Miami Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez, somebody stole Fernandez’s high school jersey, which was pinned to the dugout of Alonso High School.
The jersey was returned late last night.

No one knows who returned the jersey, the Tampa Bay Times reported.
A family saw an envelope propped up against the school’s ticket booth with the words “Jose’s jersey” written on it.
“The entire Alonso High School family is grateful to have the jersey back and would like to thank the media and the outpouring of social media posts that shared this story,” deputies said.
Fernandez was killed early Sunday morning in a boating accident.
