LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Nebraska quarterback Tommy Armstrong Jr. has been named Big Ten offensive player of the week for his performance against Northwestern.

The fourth-year starter accounted for 378 yards of total offense as the Cornhuskers improved to 4-0 on the season with the 24-13 victory. Armstrong rushed for a career high 132 yards on 13 carries, an average of 10.2 yards per rush, while also completing 18 of 29 passes for 246 yards and a touchdown.
