John Wall in Cowboys jersey before Redskins game

Washington Wizards point guard John Wall caused a stir on Twitter Sunday, wearing an Emmitt Smith jersey on the sidelines at FedEx Field before the Cowboys-Redskins game.

Wall, who grew up in North Carolina, told reporters in 2010 he roots for the Cowboys because the Dallas franchise is his mom’s favorite.
