WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (AP) - Prosecutors are seeking a 25-year term for the former director of a central Pennsylvania museum who is scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday on child pornography convictions.
PennLive.com (https://bit.ly/2dXymzd ) reports that a sentencing memorandum filed Friday in federal court calls 68-year-old Christopher Lee “a monster who preys on child victims.”
Lee is the former executive director of the Boal Mansion Museum in Centre County. He was convicted in March of possessing, receiving and producing child porn and obstruction of justice
Lee vows an appeal and is seeking a sentence less than the 15-year mandatory minimum term.
He has been held without bail since his October 2014 arrest and could face a second trial on charges of enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity at the museum where he lived.
