Police: Body found at trash facility apparently was a woman

PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say a body found in trash at a trash facility apparently was that of a woman.

Sgt. Jonathan Howard says the person’s identity isn’t yet available, and no information has been released about cause of death.

Workers found the body Monday morning in trash at a facility in northwest Phoenix.
