Eastbound Interstate 10 is closed at Interstate 17 in central Phoenix so crews can repair overhead lights damaged by a high-profile tractor-trailer rig in the Deck Park Tunnel.
The Arizona Department of Transportation says it doesn’t have a time estimate for lifting the closure that began late Wednesday morning.
ADOT says the damage occurred early Wednesday morning.
Eastbound traffic on I-10 can use southbound I-17 to detour around the closure and reconnect with I-10 near Sky Harbor International Airport.
