PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say an 8-year-old girl who was the subject of a search has been found.
Sgt. Jonathan Howard confirmed early Monday afternoon that Timgoy Dak was found playing in an apartment complex near where she lives but he did not immediately provide any details.
He said detectives will continue to investigate the circumstances to ensure her well-being and help prevent future incidents.
She had been last seen Sunday in the apartment complex where she lived.
The apartment complex is near North 35th Avenue, West Grand Avenue and West Indian School Road.
