CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Freezing rain falling in New Hampshire has made for some slick roads during the morning commute, and some accidents have been reported.

The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for central and northern New Hampshire through 10 a.m. Tuesday. Traffic slowed down on Interstates 93 and 89.

The weather service says below-freezing temperatures will rise throughout the day and any icy mix will turn into rain.

Farther north, several hours of light snow or a wintry mix is expected through early afternoon.

The White Mountains may see a couple of inches of snow.
