PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say a man was wounded when he was shot through the arcadia door of his apartment after arguing with a neighbor.

Sgt. Vince Lewis says police contacted neighbors and detained two people after the Thursday night shooting in north Phoenix.

KPHO-TV (https://goo.gl/KO3kVa ) reports that an officer was seen escorting one man in handcuffs while a second man who appeared to be restrained sat on the sidewalk near a police vehicle.

Lewis says the victim was standing in the living room when he was shot. He was reported in serious condition with wounds to the face and hand.
