SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (AP) - Three former students have pleaded not guilty to charges they set fire to San Luis Obispo High School’s computer lab.
The Tribune (https://bit.ly/2hQHWsE) reports 19-year-old Jacob Lee Ruth and 18-year-olds Cameron Ross Bratcher and Michael Giovanni Benadiba entered pleas Thursday to single counts of felony arson.
Ruth also pleaded not guilty to a separate count of arson and two felony second-degree burglary charges involving separate incidents at the school in the week leading up to the fire.
The Dec. 8 blaze caused $750,000 in damage.
