TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Snow and freezing rain are causing some schools to delay opening in parts of New Jersey.

The wintry mix moved across Sussex, Warren, Morris, Hunterdon and Somerset counties Monday.

The National Weather Service says a winter weather advisory is in effect until 9 a.m.

Forecasters say 2 to 4 inches of snow are possible before the precipitation turns over to rain.
