The same publisher which has already produced comic books based on the life and times of Sen. Rand Paul, Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton and Condoleezza Rice has come up with one for a certain Massachusetts Democrat.
Storm Entertainment, an independent publisher based in Oregon, has just released a 28-page cartoon treatise on Sen. Elizabeth Warren, available in print and digital versions.
It’s got the populist touch.
“Elizabeth Warren has proven herself a powerful advocate for the middle class. Her plainspoken approach and dogged attacks on Wall Street have resonated with voters looking for someone who understands the crush of debt and the shackles imposed by student loans,” said company president Darren Davis, who adds that the new comic is part of the group’s “Female Force” series, all priced at $4 each.
The company recently featured a tribute to the late Nancy Reagan and a comic book version of Jeb Bush’s now-dormant presidential campaign.
“One of the coolest things about the comic books is that we found schools using them for reluctant readers,” Mr. Davis added.
