NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Tennessee State has signed Georgia Tech transfer Chris Bolden, who will be eligible to play for the Tigers in 2016-17.

Tigers coach Dana Ford announced the addition of Bolden on Wednesday.

Bolden, a 6-foot-3 guard from Tifton, Georgia, played in 86 games and made 40 starts for Georgia Tech over the last three seasons. He made 11 starts last season and averaged 6.9 points and 21.3 minutes per game.



Bolden and Tennessee State assistant coach Pierre Jordan were teammates on the 2012-13 Georgia Tech squad.
