PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Police say an employee at a southeast Portland video poker business reports that she bit a woman armed with a knife who robbed the store.

Sgt. Pete Simpson says the employee at “Johnny’s” told officers that the robber grabbed money out of the till and ran away Wednesday. The employee says she bit the intruder on the right arm during a struggle over the money.

Police later arrested a woman. Simpson says 32-year-old Jamie Lynn Musgrove was booked for investigation of first-degree robbery. She’s expected to have a court appearance Thursday.
