ROCKFORD, Ill. (AP) - An autopsy is expected on the body of a 27-year-old Rockford man who was shot in a parked car.
The (Rockford) Register Star reports (https://bit.ly/1icxlBT ) deputies are investigating James S. Tilson’s death on Sunday as a homicide.
He was found behind the wheel of a Buick that had its engine running.
