LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - University of Arkansas-Monticello second baseman Ben Agredano and Southern Arkansas outfielder Trevor Rucker have been named among the eight finalists for the 2014 Josh Willingham Award.
The award goes to the player selected as the most valuable player in NCAA Division II. It’s named after former North Alabama All-American and current Major League baseball player Josh Willingham.
The winner will be announced at the end of the Division II College World Series that is now underway.
