HUDSON, N.H. (AP) - Police in Hudson, New Hampshire, say a 16-year-old boy who created a “hit list” of five other students has been charged with criminal threatening.

Police aren’t identifying the teen, who was being arraigned Thursday afternoon. Police and officials at Alvirne High School were notified about the list Wednesday morning, and the five named students and their parents all were contacted.

The investigation continues, and police say more charges may be coming.
