WILLIAMS, Ind. (AP) - Authorities say a southern Indiana teen has been hospitalized after suffering a seizure when an all-terrain vehicle ran over him.
An Indiana conservation officer said Sunday that 16-year-old William Riley of the Lawrence County town of Williams had been airlifted to Riley Hospital for Children.
Officer Jim Schreck says the youth was playing football in a parking adjacent to a road when the ATV driven by 15-year-old Neil Amstutz of Williams ran over him about 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
Schreck says Riley was first treated at a Bloomington hospital, then transferred to the Indianapolis hospital.
Williams is about 70 miles south of Indianapolis.
