LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - The dean of education at Peru State College will be joining the Nebraska State College System staff.

System Chancellor Stan Carpenter says Jodi Kupper will become vice chancellor for academic planning and partnerships. She will begin her duties on July 1.

Kupper has been dean of education at Peru State since 2005. Before that Kupper worked at Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois. Kupper also has taught high school in Columbus, Nebraska, and Farragut, Iowa.



Kupper earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Wayne State College in Nebraska, her master’s from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and her doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
