NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A status hearing for 3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell will resume Sept. 19 in Nashville Criminal Court.
Harrell is accused of driving under the influence in Nashville and causing a crash that killed another driver in April 2013.
Harrell had a status hearing Friday but no action was taken. No trial date has been set.
Nashville police say Harrell admitted to drinking and taking prescription drugs before causing a fatal crash that killed Paul Shoulders Jr. Police say Harrell was under the influence and speeding down an interstate when he clipped the back of Shoulder’s truck.
In February, 3 Doors Down suspended Harrell indefinitely from the band. The band is known for songs such as “When I’m Gone” and “Kryptonite.”
