CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire consumers will have access to proposed 2015 premium rates for health care plans earlier than thought.

The New Hampshire Insurance Department says contrary to a report saying the state is publicly releasing rates on Jan. 1, 2015, consumers will, in fact, have access to that information much sooner.

The state Insurance Department says open enrollment for the New Hampshire Marketplace plans begins Nov. 15, and premium information will be available to individual consumers through healthcare.gov on or before that date.
