DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have charged two men with drug offenses after troopers say drugs were found during a traffic stop in Dover.

Police stopped an SUV about 10 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant. Officers say a bag of crack cocaine was found on the driver’s seat, and marijuana, crack cocaine and pills were found in the underwear of the passenger.

The driver, 46-year-old Wayne Mason of Camden, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. The passenger, 23-year-old Keith Golden of Dover, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and several other offenses.
