VIVIAN, La. (AP) - Caddo Parish sheriff’s deputies are investigating the death of woman whose body was found in a burning house in Vivian.

Deputies say firefighters responded to a house fire just after 3 a.m. Monday.

They say firefighters found smoke coming from the home and were notified that there may be someone still inside the home.



Deputies say fire crews made their way inside the home and found a woman dead.

Investigators are on the scene conducting interviews to determine what led up to the events surrounding the woman’s death.
