SKYWAY, Wash. (AP) - King County fire officials say one person has been found dead after a house fire in Skyway just south of Seattle.
King County District 20 spokesman Dave Nelson says firefighters responded to the blaze just after noon Monday.
Arriving crews found heavy smoke and flames.
Investigators searching the home found one person dead. Nelson says the King County medical examiner’s office is working to identify the person and determine the cause of death.
The fire has been ruled accidental. Damage is estimated at $130,000.
