DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - Police have arrested a 28-year-old Durham man after he and his stepson were wounded after he fired a gun in their apartment.

Investigators said Christopher Graham was shot in his foot Friday, while the 6-year-old boy suffered a more serious wound. The stepson is expected to survive.

Police have not talked about what led to the shooting.



Graham is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, assault by pointing a gun, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, injury to real property and discharging a firearm within the city limits.

He remains in jail, and it wasn’t known if he had a lawyer.
