KARTHAUS, Pa. (AP) - Rescuers are searching for a kayaker reported missing in central Pennsylvania.

Officials say the kayaker was in a group of 14 people floating down the Susquehanna River in Clearfield County on Saturday afternoon. The Centre Daily Times (https://bit.ly/1mIoyt9 ) reports the group hit high water and their boats tipped over.

One person was reported missing.



Clearfield County emergency management director Joe Bigar says the water is about 41 degrees.
