TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Tulsa police say a hospital security guard has shot and killed a man outside a hospital east of the downtown area.
Police told reporters that the shooting occurred shortly before 4 p.m. Friday at Hillcrest Medical Center.
Police Sgt. Dave Walker told the Tulsa World (https://is.gd/cz9aVT ) the victim died at the scene. Walker also confirmed it was a security guard who fired the fatal shots.
No names or other details were released.
Hospital marketing director Beth Anne Wallace said she could not comment because the incident is still under investigation.
