VERMILLION, S.D.’ (AP) - The University of South Dakota will issue diplomas to more than 1,200 graduates on Saturday.
It’s the 127th spring commencement for the Vermillion school.
U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson will be the keynote speaker at the DakotaDome. Johnson is a 1998 USD graduate who got his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2001.
The ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m.
The school will also honor distinguished faculty from the 2013-14 academic year with several awards.
