PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico (AP) - Latvia’s Aleksandrs Samoilovs and Janis Smedins won the Puerto Vallarta Open on Saturday, beating Italian twins Paolo and Matteo Ingrosso 21-17, 21-15.
Mexico’s Lombardo Ontiveros and Juan Virgen finished third in the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour event, topping Germany’s Eric Koreng and Finn Dittelbach 21-16, 18-21 and 21-19.
