GOSHEN, Ind. (AP) - The business partner of a northern Indiana tattoo artist whose body was found dumped in a river has been convicted of his murder.

WSBT-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1fU8iPH ) that an Elkhart County jury late Thursday afternoon found 35-year-old Todd Stewart guilty in the 2012 death of 44-year-old Mark Miller.

Prosecutors say the Bristol man shot Miller and dumped his body into a 55-gallon barrel. The barrel with Miller’s body was found in the St. Joseph’s River on Sept. 20, 2012, 10 days after he was reported missing.

Stewart worked with Miller at a tattoo parlor.

Stewart could face up from 45 to 65 years in prison when he’s sentenced May 29.
