HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - A West Hartford man has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman he had offered to assist with an application for U.S. citizenship.

Hartford police say 66-year-old Nghi Le offered his services to the woman in exchange for sexual intercourse and then assaulted her at the Hartford office of the Connecticut Coalition of Mutual Assistance. He was arrested Friday and charged with sexual assault and unlawful restraint.

WVIT-TV reports that Le was released Saturday on $250,000 bond. There was no response at a phone number listed for his address.

Hartford police say they believe there might be other victims if the allegations are true and they urged others to come forward.
