ATHENS, Ga. (AP) - Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal is set to speak at the University of Georgia.
The school says the governor will give the keynote address at its Public Service and Outreach Annual Meeting on April 7.
Deal’s speech is titled “Georgia’s Economic Future and How UGA Can Help Make it Brighter.” The school says he will focus on challenges facing the state that university can and should be addressing, as well as ways UGA can support economic development efforts in the state.
