TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson police have made an arrest in the fatal shooting of a man at an apartment complex last week.
Tucson police say 32-year-old Tenell Mure was booked into jail after being arrested Tuesday.
He is accused of first-degree murder, drive-by shooting and tampering with evidence in the shooting Friday night of 34-year-old Marshall Davis.
According to police, detectives believe other suspects were involved.
It’s not immediately known whether Mure has an attorney.
