PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - A second man has been indicted on two felony charges in connection with a deadly shooting and aggravated assault in January 2013.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1jHea1b ) a Jackson County grand jury indicted Antonio Jerome Berry Jr. on one charge each of intimidating a witness and accessory after the fact to the deadly shooting of Hardy Parker Jr. In addition, Berry is accused of intimidating the victim of the assault in the case, who was the murder victim’s brother and now a witness in the case.

Adrian Orville Moore was identified as the suspect shortly after the Jan. 20, 2013, shooting. He’s accused of shooting and injuring Parker’s brother. Moore has been indicted on charges of murder and aggravated assault.



It was unclear whether Berry and Moore have attorneys.
