PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) - Spectators turned out to watch James Franco film scenes for a movie in Princeton.
The actor is directing and starring in an adaptation of William Faulkner’s novel, “The Sound and the Fury.”
Monday’s shoot featured a stuntman jumping from the Washington Road bridge onto an air mattress to depict a scene from the movie in which a character commits suicide from a bridge over the Charles River in Cambridge, Mass.
Princeton University sophomore Kelly Byrne tells The Times of Trenton (https://bit.ly/1glPcFN ) she spotted Franco from afar because of his facial hair. The 19-year-old says she’s a fan and Franco is welcome in Princeton any time.
