WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) - Wake Forest University is offering a legal workshop for graduating art and entertainment majors who attend area colleges and universities.
The clinic is scheduled for Friday at Diggs Gallery on the campus of Winston-Salem State University. The workshop is free for WSSU students and $10 for participants from other schools.
Wake Forest’s Pro Bono Project and its Community Law and Business Clinic are providing the assistance. Topics covered will include copyright, tax considerations, contracts, trademark, licensing and other issues.
Attorneys from the project and the clinic will supervise the workshop. Lunch is included.
