MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Spring’s coming. Really.

A winter storm preceding the Vernal Equinox has left 6 to 10 inches of snow in northern New Hampshire, and 3 to 6 inches in the Lakes Region. Concord and points south saw less.

The storm caused a number of school delays Thursday morning and the Department of Transportation lowered speeds to 45 mph on some New Hampshire highways.

The storm was expected to move out Thursday with temperatures moving into the 40s.
