LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Lineage Logistics has signed an agreement to buy Millard Refrigerated Services, a national warehousing and logistics company headquartered in Omaha.

Terms were not disclosed in the deal announced Wednesday.

Lineage Logistics is based in the east Los Angeles suburb of Colton.



Lineage says the deal will let Lineage expand its network by 30 locations.

Millard’s locations include a warehouse in Lincoln.

Lineage says Millard’s CEO and owner, Lance Larsen, will become a board member of and investor in Lineage.
