MADISON, Wis. (AP) - A Madison man accused of fatally shooting his younger brother will stand trial.

Bonnell Hanger waived his preliminary hearing in a Dane County courtroom Thursday in the shooting death of 33-year-old Fredrica Hanger. The 39-year-old defendant is charged with first-degree intentional homicide.

A criminal complaint says the brothers argued before the younger man was shot March 3.
