GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - The University of North Dakota is renewing a contract with Tokai (toh-KY’) University in Japan to train pilots.

Tokai University aviation students are at UND aerospace for 15 months while training to become commercial pilots.

The Grand Forks school has hosted more than 160 Tokai students since the first agreement eight years ago. This will be the third four-year contract between the schools.



A signing ceremony is scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Odegard Hall.
