CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (AP) - An Iraqi man from Coolidge is scheduled to be arraigned March 7 in Pinal County Superior County on charges accusing him in a fatal 2012 shooting in Maricopa.

The Casa Grande Dispatch reports (https://bit.ly/1aMLzs0 ) that Abdullatif Ali Aldosary is scheduled to enter pleas on March 7. The arraignment was postponed until after he is sentenced Feb. 24 on federal court in Phoenix in a weapons case.

A federal jury convicted Aldosary in September of being a felon in possession of guns and ammunition.

Aldosary was charged in July in Pinal County with murder in the killing of Orlando Requena, an employee at a grain processing facility.

He also will be arraigned on charges stemming from a bombing outside a Social Security Administration office in Casa Grande.
