BAKER CITY, Ore. (AP) - The Baker School District canceled all classes Wednesday because freezing rain coated the roads with ice.

The state Department of Transportation says black ice is on all local highways in the Eastern Oregon city.

Meanwhile, the Baker City Herald (https://is.gd/iDyoGV ) reports a crash on Interstate 84 near Baker City closed the eastbound lanes of the freeway. One eastbound lane re-opened about 8:15 a.m.

The National Weather Service in Boise has issued an ice storm warning for Baker County. It’s in effect until 4 p.m. Wednesday.
