LEWES, Del. (AP) - A Sussex County house once owned by a former pediatrician convicted of raping scores of patients is being donated to a nearby church.

WXDE-FM reports (https://bit.ly/1e4mlWt ) that an anonymous donor is giving the Lewes house once owned by Earl Bradley to Bethel United Methodist Church. The church’s latest newsletter announces the gift and one from another anonymous donor, who offered $100,000 for improvements to the property.

The church agreed to accept both gifts, but leaders haven’t decided how to use the house and property.

Sixty-year-old Bradley is serving 14 life sentences for child rape after his 2011 conviction.
