PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A Multnomah County jury has found three men guilty of murdering a Portland man who was fatally shot on his front porch in May 2012.
The Oregonian reports (https://is.gd/OKFY96 ) 26-year-old Tracey Lomax, 25-year-old Xabian Riley and 23-year-old Marcellus Allen were immediately sentenced Tuesday to life in prison with the possibility of release in 25 years.
Prosecutors said the men likely targeted 29-year-old Kenny Henry because of drugs. Henry had served in the U.S. military and was a full-time student at Portland Community College. He supported his family by growing and selling pot to medical marijuana users and others.
