YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) - The owner of a Yakima real estate company who was attacked last May while showing a home died Sunday in hospice.

The Yakima Herald-Republic reports (https://bit.ly/1estbjc) four people who have been jailed in the case could face murder charges.

Aspen Real Estate owner Vern Holbrook was 78-year-old when he was beaten and had his throat cut. The injury left him with brain damage.
