LITTLETON, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia State Police have released the identity of a third man who died in a suspicious house fire in Wetzel County.

Spokesman Sgt. Michael Baylous says family and friends identified the victim as 48-year-old Jimmy Kisner of Aleppo, Pa. He died along with two others in the Jan. 13 fire in Littleton.

The others were identified earlier as 55-year-old Carmen McDougal and 63-year-old Michael McDougal. State police haven’t specified how Carmen and Michael McDougal were related.



Baylous says the fire is considered suspicious but the cause remains under investigation.
