PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - Police say a tip led to the arrest in Pascagoula of a suspect who was wanted in the shooting death of a Biloxi man last week in Gautier.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1dLKNvB ) 23-year-old Nicholas Marcel De Morst was arrested shortly before noon Monday in the parking lot of an apartment complex.

Police say officers were checking the tag on a car matching the description given by the anonymous source when De Morst came out of the apartment complex and started to get into a different car. Officers arrested him without incident.

De Morst is accused of capital murder in the death of Hunter Miller, who was found shot in a crashed vehicle in Gautier.

It was unclear whether De Morst has an attorney.
