HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. (AP) - Mucho Macho Man rolled to a 14-length win Saturday in the Sunshine Millions Classic in his first race since winning last year’s Breeders’ Cup Classic.

With Gary Stevens aboard, Mucho Macho Man covered 1 1-8 miles at Gulfstream Park in 1:48.76. The overwhelming favorite returned $2.20 for the victory, highlighting the six-event, $1.3 million Sunshine Millions card.

Possibilities for Mucho Macho Man’s next race include the Dubai World Cup or Santa Anita Handicap. He’s finished at least third in 12 of his last 13 starts, the exception when he was pulled up in the 2013 Sunshine Millions.

Other Sunshine Millions winners included Ribo Bobo (sprint, $4.40 to win); Star Channel (turf, $19.20); Ullapool (filly and mare sprint, $6.40); Parranda (filly and mare turf, $7.60) and Sweet N Discreet (distaff, $8).
