GREAT NECK, N.Y. (AP) - Police have arrested a man in connection with a string of residential burglaries on Long Island.

They occurred in Thomaston, Great Neck and Sands Point.

Police say Spencer Williams of Clifton Park, N.Y., allegedly removed assorted jewelry from six homes in November and December.



Police charged him with six counts of burglary. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer.
