BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is getting ready to deliver her annual State of the City address.

Rawlings-Blake is scheduled to give the address Monday at City Hall at 2 p.m.

Rawlings-Blake has served as the city’s mayor since 2010. Her office says the theme of her address will be: “Building a Better Baltimore through Safer Streets, Economic Opportunity, New Schools and a More Efficient Government.”
